THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Executive Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of wealth management at Sage. This role involves high-level responsibilities related to client management and being part of our culture and high-performing team.  This is not a sales position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial guidance, integrating investment, estate, tax, and retirement planning.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ goals, ensuring tailored solutions that evolve with their needs.
  • Support business development by engaging prospective clients and centers of influence.

Investment Management & Financial Planning

  • Recommend asset allocation and portfolio diversification strategies based on Sage’s Investment Committee’s research and decisions.
  • Proactively monitor asset allocations, liquidity needs, and investment performance.
  • Present customized holistic financial plans utilizing financial planning software to align investment strategies with long-term financial objectives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Help refine Sage’s approach to wealth management, contributing to firm-wide initiatives and best practices.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
  • High ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in investment management and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with market trend awareness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust.
  • Strategic, ownership mindset, aligning with firm-wide goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
