THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team and integrate into one of Sage’s established teams, learning our approach to investment management, financial planning, and client relationships. This is not a sales position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Partner with an Executive Wealth Manager, the senior member of the team, to help manage, service, and deepen client relationships.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ goals, ensuring tailored solutions that evolve with their needs.
Investment Management & Financial Planning
- In consultation with the Executive Wealth Manager, recommend and implement asset allocation and portfolio diversification strategies aligned with the recommendations of Sage’s Investment Committee.
- Proactively monitor asset allocations, liquidity needs, and investment performance.
- Lead efforts to create and present customized, holistic financial plans, utilizing financial planning software to align investment strategies with long-term financial objectives.
Leadership & Team Development
- Help foster a collaborative culture.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
