THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to support our wealth management team in delivering exceptional client service, investment management, and financial planning. This role provides a strong foundation for career growth, with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to develop expertise in wealth management. This is not a sales position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service & Operations
- Support Senior and Executive Wealth Managers with relationship management.
- Prepare portfolio reviews and financial reports for client meetings.
Investment Management & Financial Planning
- Assist in portfolio implementation, asset allocation, and performance monitoring based on team recommendations.
- Gather client data and support the development of customized financial plans, utilizing financial planning software to align investment strategies with long-term financial objectives.
- Conduct quantitative analysis on financial independence strategies.
Business Development & Special Projects
- Contribute to client proposals, portfolio analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and best practices.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
A successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering client trust.
- High ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
