David M. Cohn, ChFC, Chief Executive Officer

David is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sage Financial Group, and has over 25 years experience advising high net worth clients on an array of investment and life planning issues.

Under David’s leadership, Sage has received widespread recognition and accolades, including citations by the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, Money, CNBC, Smart Money, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Philadelphia Business Journal. In 1999, Price Waterhouse Coopers recognized Sage for having one of the leading management teams in Philadelphia.

In 1995, with his two sons, David co-founded Sage Online, an anchor tenant of America Online’s Personal Finance Channel. Sage Online was a leading Internet-based investment research firm. In March 2000, Multex, a global provider of investment information for the financial services industry, acquired Sage Online.

Prior to co-founding Sage, David was Senior Executive Vice President of international management consulting firm Decision Sciences Corporation, where his clients included E.I. DuPont, Corning, and 3M Corporation. David consulted firms on strategic and marketing planning issues.

David has a BA in Business Administration from Drexel University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland. He is married to Harriet and resides in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
