In March 2000, Multex, a global provider of investment information for the financial services industry, acquired Sage Online. Prior to co-founding Sage, David was Senior Executive Vice President of international management consulting firm Decision Sciences Corporation, where his clients included E.I. DuPont, Corning, and 3M Corporation. David consulted firms on strategic and marketing planning issues.
